廖先生，英国法学学士、法学硕士，英国律师，日常负责涉外案件处理。为使客户案件能够 在当地国得到高效解决，廖先生已与世界各地享有较高知名度的律师事务所建立友好合作发 展关系，直接与当国律师进行案件沟通并给出客户合理解决方案。除此之外，廖先生在国际 贸易、商事法、知识产权和区块链领域有着丰富的法律日常实践经验。曾处理多个区块链项 目的开发、设立、运营和益协调工作。廖先生还关注区块链NFT项目成长发展过程中的技 术方案、激励体系和产业运营以及社区治理方面的配套治理。同时担任多家国内外上市企业、外贸公司、科技集团等常年法律顾问。

目前，廖先生担任中国广州仲裁委员会仲裁庭、广州知识产权仲裁院、海南仲裁委和珠海仲裁委员会国际仲裁院仲裁员。廖先生也是广州开发区知识产权协会专家库和广东省跨境电子商务协会产业研究院的入库专家，并担任广东省跨境电子商务协会副秘书长一职。

廖先生在国际协会中，廖先生是中国葡萄牙商会副会长、马来西亚知识产权企业家总会副会长及国际知识产权保护协会 (AIPPI)、国际商标协会(INTA)和美洲知识产权组织(ASIPI)成员。

除此之外，廖先生作为马来西亚华裔，深入了解东南亚RCEP成员国关于一带一路和《区域 全面经济伙伴关系协定》相关法律法规。廖先生积极参与各国商业论坛及协会研讨会。在陪 同客户实地考察的同时与各地政商及各界华人社团领袖具有良好互动，掌握各地区涉外领域 前沿信息。

Mr. Leow, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, is responsible for handling foreign-related cases on a daily basis. In order to enable clients’ cases to be efficiently resolved in the local country, Mr. Leow has established friendly and cooperative development relations with well-known law firms all over the world, directly communicated with the lawyers in the country and provided reasonable solutions for clients. In addition, Mr. Leow has extensive legal daily practice experience in the fields of international trade, commercial law, intellectual property rights and blockchain. He has handled the development, establishment, operation and coordination of multiple blockchain projects. Mr. Leow also pays attention to the technical solutions, incentive systems, industrial operations and supporting governance of community governance during the growth and development of blockchain NFT projects. At the same time, he serves as a perennial legal advisor for many domestic and foreign listed companies, foreign trade companies, and technology groups.

Currently, Mr. Leow serves as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Tribunal of Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Arbitration Court, Hainan Court of Arbitration and Zhuhai Arbitration Commission International Arbitration Court. Mr. Leow is also an expert in the expert database of the Guangzhou Development District Intellectual Property Association and the Industry Research Institute of the Guangdong Cross-Border E-Commerce Association, and serves as the deputy secretary-general of the Guangdong Cross-Border E-Commerce Association.

With regards to international associations, Mr. Leow is the vice president of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Entrepreneurs Federation, Vice President of the China-Portugal Chammber of Commerce, and member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the American Intellectual Property Organization (ASIPI).

In addition, as a Malaysian Chinese, Mr. Leow has an in-depth understanding of the relevant laws and regulations of the RCEP member states in Southeast Asia on the Belt and Road and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Mr. Leow actively participates in business forums and association seminars in various countries. While accompanying customers on-site inspections, they have good interactions with local government and business leaders and leaders of Chinese communities from all walks of life, and master the cutting-edge information in foreign-related fields in various regions.
