On June 24, 2025, lawyer Gong Min, a senior partner and head of the property management legal team at our firm, was invited by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Nansha District, Guangzhou, to conduct a special legal training on "owner organization construction".
This training activity gathered relevant staff from the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Sub-district Office, Residents' Committee, etc., aiming to enhance grassroots governance capabilities and standardize and promote the construction of owner organizations.
During the half-day specialized training, lawyer Gong Min, based on the Civil Code, Guangzhou Property Management Regulations, and other relevant regulations, as well as a wealth of practical cases, provided a focused interpretation of practical issues related to the establishment of property management committees, owners' congresses, and other owner organizations from the perspective of administrative supervision.
During the subsequent Q&A session, several trainees inquired about issues they encountered in their work. Lawyer Gong Min provided professional answers to each question and offered legal advice with strong operability.
