Recently, in accordance with the annual work plan, the Municipal Legal Aid Office successfully organized and completed the peer assessment of the quality of legal aid cases at the municipal level for the third quarter of 2024. This evaluation encompassed 80 legal aid cases, spanning multiple legal domains including civil, criminal, and administrative law. To ensure the objectivity and fairness of the evaluation results, the Municipal Legal Aid Office invited several experienced lawyers and legal experts to participate in the evaluation. They conducted a comprehensive and meticulous review of each case based on strict evaluation criteria and procedures.
