On the afternoon of April 25, 2024, the lecture titled "The Application of Judicial Expertise in Litigation" was successfully held in the large conference room on the 23rd floor of Dongjun Building 1. The lecture on judicial expertise was presented by Yu Jianrong, the director of Guangdong Hengzheng Judicial Expertise Institute. With his profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, he delivered a fascinating and informative lecture to the audience.
After a brief self-introduction, Director Yu Jianrong delved into the interpretation and application standards of disability level identification. He elaborated on the optimal timing for identification and the key materials required during the identification process, using vivid and specific cases to illustrate his points. This enabled the audience to gain a deeper understanding of the importance and process of judicial identification.
In the second segment of the lecture, Director Yu Jianrong shared relevant knowledge on document examination. He provided detailed explanations from three aspects: handwriting examination, seal imprint examination, and altered document examination.
