On February 28, 2024, to celebrate the birthdays of those born in February, He Bang Law Firm combined party building learning with the "He Bang Lecture Hall" to plan an innovative birthday party activity for everyone. The birthday party featured a rich program including sharing of party building history, speeches by representatives of the birthday celebrants, entertainment performances, special sharing on labor law, and afternoon tea carefully prepared by the administrative department. The birthday celebrants, lawyers within the firm, and interns who came to the firm all experienced different pleasures during the event, and those who insisted on participating until the end all received big red envelopes.
At this birthday party, lawyer Li Shenjian, director of the Labor Law Department of Hebang Law Firm, shared a special topic on "How Lawyers Can Expand Permanent Legal Services through Professional Labor Services". Director Li Shenjian, drawing from his own development experience, discussed the importance of expanding permanent legal advisory services and proposed various solutions to issues such as how to expand permanent legal advisory services and how to handle high-incidence cases. During the special sharing session, participants engaged in lively interactive discussions with the speaker.
Immediately afterwards, Yang Aibin, the secretary of the Party branch of Hebang Law Firm and the chairman of the partner meeting, delivered a speech as the representative of the birthday celebrants. Subsequently, lawyer Zuo Dianna, the propaganda committee member of the Party branch of Hebang Law Firm, shared her experience in Party building themed "Pursuing Red Memory and Inheriting Red Spirit". Zuo shared the story of her grandmother, Comrade Han Shifen, who participated in the Bohai Hui People's Detachment and followed the troops to support the Liberation War and the Korean War. During the Liberation War, Comrade Han Shifen traveled with the Hui People's Detachment propaganda team to Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Shandong, Henan, Hunan, Guangxi, and other places to carry out propaganda work. During the Korean War, she marched with the combined team for seven days and nights before arriving at the Korean battlefield. By sharing her red memory, she inspired everyone to learn from the older generation of Communist Party members' fighting spirit of fearing no hardships, persevering in struggle, and overcoming difficulties, as well as their dedication to the cause of the Party and the people, which is to "work tirelessly until one's heart is exhausted and one's life ends".
