何秋婷律师在跨境投融资、跨境并购重组、资本市场、公司治理和合规、跨境争议解决等领域有超过25年的执业经验。

何律师长期担任多家外商投资企业和跨国集团公司的常年法律顾问，了解多类公司的商业运营模式、日常经营管理和与公司业务模式密切相关的法律需求，熟悉国内资本市场和香港资本市场，曾先后为众多跨国公司进行对外投融资、企业全球化运营的法律风险防范、境内外上市和代表各类跨国企业进行各种重大重组并购等业务提供法律服务。

在加入广东合邦律师事务所以前，何律师曾经在广东省高级人民法院工作，曾担任过美国最大型连锁酒店驻中国北京总部的法务副总裁，担任过奥地利某跨国上市集团公司驻中国总部的法务总经理和中国区合规官，担任过中国某国有大型上市集团公司全球投资法务总监和法务部负责人，也曾在其他知名的国际性律师事务所担任过合伙人或资深律师。

何律师本科毕业于中国政法大学经济法系，后于中山大学取得国际法硕士学位，在美国宾夕法尼亚大学取得法学硕士学位。

何秋婷律师持有中国律师资格和美国纽约州律师资格。

Christina He has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of foreign direct investment, corporate financing, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance and compliance, and cross-border dispute resolution.

Christina has served as a long-term legal counsel for a number of foreign-invested enterprises and multinational groups. She understands the business operation models, daily management and legal needs closely related to the company's business model of various types of companies. She is familiar with the domestic capital market and the Hong Kong capital market. She has provided legal services for many multinational companies in foreign investment and financing, corporate governance, legal risk prevention for global operations, domestic and overseas listings, and various major restructuring and mergers and acquisitions on behalf of various multinational companies.

Before joining Guangdong Whobound Law Firm, Christina was a judge at the High People's Court of Guangdong Province; she also served as the legal VP of the Beijing headquarters of the largest American hotel chain, served as the legal general manager and China Compliance Officer of the China headquarters of an Austrian multinational listed group company, served as the global investment legal director and head of the legal department of a large state-owned listed group company in China, and served as a partner/senior lawyer in some well-known international law firms.

Christina graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, and later obtained a master's degree in international law from Sun Yat-sen University and a master's degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States.

Christina is qualified as a Chinese lawyer and a New York State lawyer.

Christina's working languages are Chinese and English.
